I was looking for a small, local place with good old homestyle cooking. Kumback Lunch did not disappoint. The chicken fried steak was covered with peppery cream style gravy, which pared perfectly with real mashed potatoes. On Mondays they make fresh pies. I usually skip the pie crust but this crust was crumbly and flaky with a buttery flavor like those Christmas butter cookies.This place has obviously been around a long time. I imagine it is a favorite for locals and people returning to visit their hometown.

Worth the drive from Okc. Blueberry pancakes stuffed full of large plump blueberries in every bite! Our fellas love their chicken freid steak as a breakfast meal. Staff are friendly and fun. Historical location in Perry, ok. Make it a day trip. Head out early they are only open thru lunch. Then do your Antique shopping right there downtown and surrounding towns.

Excellent food and friendly service is a historic location on the square.While nothing fancy, the food is happily handmade and exactly what you would want and expect from a living piece of Americana in small town Oklahoma.Their daily specials are a great value and the burgers do NOT disappoint.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The food is phenomenal and it's adorable inside. Service and staff make you feel welcome, too. If you get a chance to eat here, do it! The downtown area where it's located is so cute. And OMG, don't miss the homemade pie!

This place is definitely unique. As many others on these reviews, we wanted local, homestyle food and this was exactly that. The sweet tea was spot on, we ordered loaded fries with ranch as our app and it was delicious, we also ordered the classic cheeseburger and it just had that flavor that you crave when you look for homemade patties. They had a little fridge that had slices of pie ready to serve, it was the cutest joint. We are from Stillwater and stopped here on the way back from Kansas, I would easily make the 30 min drive just to eat here again.

First time ever visiting. The Hickory burger was divine. So delicious I couldn't stop eating. Hayley pur server was great. Very attentive. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful lunch.
